Who we are

PREPRIVA is an online exam-preparation service operated by PREPRIVA, Odisha, India. PREPRIVA is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by OSSSC or any government body. Contact: preprivasupport@gmail.com.

Information we collect

• Account details: your name, email address and password (stored securely in encrypted form by our account provider).
• Test activity: tests you start, answers you choose, scores and dates.
• Payment details: plan purchased, amount, order ID and the mobile number you enter at checkout. Card, UPI and bank details are entered on Cashfree Payments' secure page — we never see or store them.

How we use it

To create and secure your account, run tests and show your results, activate the plan you buy, send account emails (such as confirmation and password reset), answer support requests and meet legal and tax requirements. We do not sell your personal data.

Service providers

We use Supabase (accounts and database), Cloudflare (website hosting) and Cashfree Payments (payment processing). They process data only to provide their service to us.

Retention and deletion

We keep your account and test history while your account is active. You can ask us to delete your account by emailing us from your registered email; we will delete it within 30 days, except payment records we must keep for tax and legal purposes.

Students under 18

If you are under 18, please use PREPRIVA with the permission of a parent or guardian, and a parent or guardian should make any purchase.

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
